In my long experience as a scholar and lawyer, I have always tried to combine a passion for the theoretical study of law with its ability to change reality by meeting the needs of people and entities moving in a complex and increasingly legalized world.
My aim is to contribute to the understanding of an ever more extensive and complicated law in order to transform it into theoretical solutions that contribute to the enrichment of scientific debate and to favour its application so that it meets human and social needs for inclusion and consistency with the legal system.
